The Daddy's On The Bus

My CD is older and says "Daddies fall fast asleep" (kids snore). The mommies say "Don't do that" (kids wag finger). The kids act out both and roar laughing, they love it. Later it says "Daddies and Mommies say I love you" (kids make smoochie faces with their hands and all groan "not again!" as if they just saw their parents kissing, laughing.

I always did some variation of what Mommy said- I love you/ love you too

We sing it in the same verse with the mommies. The mommies on the bus say I love you, I love you, I love you, the daddies on the bus say Love You Too, all through the town.

Odd question: what do the daddies on the bus say in your version of wheels on the bus. Worked at a low income center and the daddies on the bus said keep those babies quiet. My coworker says be good kid... just currious if others sing it differnt too.
