Letter To Families That We Are Selling Our Center After 16 Years

My husband and I are selling our center that has been open since 2006, due to personal health issues with my husband and to help with his elderly parents. I need to write a letter to our 175 valued customers who most have become like family to us. I am struggling with what words to use and need help. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Due to personal reasons within our family we have decided to put xyz daycare up for sale. Please know that this decision was not made lightly as we have put a lot of thought into this. In the event the daycare sales please know that whoever buys it has your families best interest at heart and will continue the business such as we have all these years. If you have question, know of anyone interested in buying the daycare or you would like to buy it, please contact our realtor.
