Celebrating Birthdays/Holidays Policy

My state added some policy changes that need to go in our handbooks and this was a response back from my licensor:

-Do you have any unusual policy's? such as birthdays or holidays? If so, just say that you will have a release on file to celebrate those.

Does anyone have an example of this? Do you interpret this as I only need a policy if it's something unusual? I'll email her tomorrow, just curious if this is something anyone else needs. Seems so strange!

Define unusual? What is unusual to one may not be to another.

I don't do parties. On a child bday, I may serve his favorite meal and special snack and I will talk about it being his birthday. That is about it. It is not a policy, it is just something I do casually.
