I know we have several ladies that work in centers on the board and many home daycare providers but I don't know if we have any center owners onboard.
Since each state is pretty specific about their rules and regulations, I think you would probably know more about the rules than any of us.

If there are any specific questions you want to post, we can definitely give advice and opinions if that helps!

I have a couple friends who own centers. Unfortunately they are not on this message board and are not located in CA.
Actually, they both don't seem to get on to social media platforms at all. They tend to both work more than the majority of in-home providers I know. They're always short staffed and work in classrooms during the day and do their business end workload nights and weekends!

I would recommend contacting your local CCR&R. They receive federal funding to provide you with your own mentor. That is one of the services they offer. Good luck with your new goals!

I contacted CCR&R in my area and they don't have mentors to provide/contact unfortunately. I just wanted to let this known since others who might be looking for mentors may save some time knowing this. Thank you again and my quest to find a mentor goes on
