I have a free trial I am using. Does anyone else use this? Do you like it?

Also, if you do use this, is there a way to automatically invoice late fees, overtime charges, etc?

I only use it to claim the meals and that part is great.

I use it. I set up their invoices for auto-invoicing, but when I need to add a fee or discount I have to open up their auto-invoice and edit. The big issue is if you don't forget to edit it back before the next week, it will continue to auto-invoice at that rate. I guess it is a small price to pay to not have to send invoices manually each week. I also learned to never have it set to send on Fridays or Mondays, unless you want a lot of glitches and missing invoices. No idea why that is, it just was and changing the day fixed it for me.

Don't remember, not "don't forget". For some reason the forum won't let me edit, today.

I miss being able to menu plan by the week, instead of the day. It makes it a complete PITA for me. I really miss Minute Menu's formatting. It was so much more user friendly. I am paying for this, not the food program, It would be nice to have an option.

I played around with the menu and I don’t care for it. At snack time, I don’t serve an entire meal with meat, grain, fruit and veggie with juice and milk.

I just want a program to track my expenses and invoice parents with auto invoicing included IF they’re late paying.

I get it. I am now required to post a menu and keep it for inspections for two years. Being able to finally get that done so I can copy/paste for months in advance is well worth it. Plus, they like to ask me to upload "proof" with little to no warning so being able to hit a button, save to pdf and upload in seconds is pretty dang awesome. Do I like this much drama from people I don't work for and who don't pay me? No. Do I have to suck it up and deal? Yep. >add laughing emoji< nothing is really working here today. Oddly glitchy for me.

The convenience of the program in general seems nice!

It shows all of that because it doesn't know what you will serve. In my state snack is only two components like a grain and a fruit, or cheese and crackers etc

I do like that it has that "Am I serving enough food" section. It keeps you up to date daily instead of making you dig through endless pages online for quick answers. And the meal counts, other hours, time space and expenses sections make taxes crazy easy.

I don't go through pages to claim a meal, I just click on the fruit for example and type the beginning of the word and when the full word appears I click on it and move to the next component....or are those pages for something other than claiming a meal?

Gemma is that on the computer or is it on your phone? I’ve only had a chance to mess with the program/menu from my phone so far & from my phone, it will not allow me to save the menu without everything being filled out

                    I use my pc
The only time it doesn't let me save is if I forgot a component

I meant to double check serving size as the kids age from infant to preschooler on the USDA and Licensing websites. Kidkare updates it by the each kids individual DOB automatically for me. That is helpful.

I schedule meals for the month through calendar, then just click each kids name for meal counts/attendance. I would just prefer to do it by the week, instead of the day or by the meal. It is a pain to remember what order everything was in to avoid constant duplicates unless you plan on paper, first, then fill it out digitally. That equates to twice the work of the former template.

I’ll play around with it on the computer. I like the invoice, payment portal and all my payments coming in thru one system instead of having checks, PayPal and Venmo to sort thru.

On the old board Michael had approved sproutary as an advertiser, I checked it out and really like this features. They charge a dollar per kid per month.
                      https://sproutary.com/ they gave a 30-day trial.
