I am on a desktop using Firefox and it makes me clear the cache and cookies each time I switch from the old forum to this one. Is it because we are using the same username maybe? IDK but it's not a big deal, there's a little icon up next to the url field that is shaped like a person on FF that allows you to clear cache/cookies and then it logs right in.
Checking emojis now...

Welcome to the forum. You have been upgraded to a Daycare.com Member status. You should be able to edit your post within the first 5 minutes of creating it. After 5 minutes you will no longer be able to do so. We implemented this policy this because in the past OP have removed content that was pertinent to the conversation. Once removed the thread did not make sense. So if any edits are needed, they must be done in short order.

I am glad the forum is fixed and new members can register again. After 3 weeks of trying everything I decided to go the the forum software makers to fix the issues and they did. I guess you can say I have patience for slogging through all those days but I do have a limit to the insanity.
Thank being said, I asked the software developer if they could move the old forum up to the new program. They said it was possible and I am getting ready to write a check again.
So the question is: How do you feel about moving all your content and history from the old forum into this new format? There is a caveat to this question-- the content here will be overwritten. I'm sure that may change some of your answers.Comment

I think there is more value in the information on the other board verses this one as of right now. Maybe give everyone a head's up as to when this "over write" will happen and that way they can save any info posted here before it's gone. I think having one functioning forum with ALL the content is more than worth the hiccup of having to delete or lose some of this newly posted stuff. My two cents. :-) -

I think, since you are paying for it, we can adjust to whatever you decide.
I highly doubt whatever the decision that it will keep any of us away.
So whatever the decision, I will adapt.

I think if this is the program you prefer then go for it. This forum is quite new and I doubt anyone would mind too much if it's overwritten, we can always revisit topics started here when all is said and done. The old forum is a literal treasure trove of information and to me is far more important to save or transfer or whatever.

BTW.... TAGS have always been important to the forum. I noticed that we can add tags just from clicking on the "tag" link in the first post. Can everyone try and see if that works adding them?Comment

I am having trouble logging in and staying logged in on Chrome on my laptop but not on my mobile. I normally use my mobile to read and reply. I did clear some cache and cookies the other day and was able to log in and stay in. But today, I cant get in via Chrome, granted I have not cleared my cache yet.
I am also able to use the edge with out having logging in trouble.

I have to click the remember me box to log in. If I forget, the page just shakes a bit and the log in box disappears.Comment
