I am a student majoring in software engineering，and my current program is to develope a daycare managemant software. So, may i ask you some questions?
Have you used or are using any daycare software? Which producet is it?
What do you think is the most important feature of daycare software?
How much are you willing to spend on daycare software per month?
I will be so grateful if you are willing to share some experice about using daycare software.

Scott Feng, I currently use daily connect but was going to sign up for Sproutary Daycare Management App but they decided to close at the end of last year. I liked them for their customization and cost per child vs a flat fee for up to x many kids.

I also do not post pictures for privacy reasons, so other apps that focus on photos are not for me.

I want to be able to invoice through the app (and don't have issues with small fees) but waiting 3 -5 days to get my money doesn't work for me. (With Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle you have access to your money right away)

There are some things that I would love to change about daily connect, they do allow customization but it is limited and they do not have enough options in reports.
