Absolutely, choices and consequences, but there is little of that in the real world these days.......

This kind of reminds me of my own kids when they were little. I asked them multiple times to pick up their toy mess one day. After being ignored each time, I finally lost my temper and threatened to throw the toys out if they weren't picked up within 5 minutes. After 5 minutes passed, I walked back into the room and it was all cleaned up. I said, "When I asked you to pick up, you ignored me until I got angry. This happens a lot. Why do you wait until I'm angry before you pick up your toys?" Without even a pause, my son said, "It's because when you get angry, we know you mean it."

Some daycare parents act so much like little kids that it's scary. lol

Isn't it funny how when you need parents to complete something and they don't because they SAY they can't because they don't know how, don't have time..etc. BUT when you send a text out on Saturday that says 'if you do NOT complete this by Monday, you will be required to meet after hours on Monday to do so.' WOW.....it's all completed now! HAPPY MONDAY!!!!

Been a busy/tiring week; seems like every evening had something planned. Ready to chill a little this weekend....got a few things I have to get done but just around home so Got my groceries last night as we had to go to town for something anyway; got tny monthly b-12 shot which was now three weeks late and I could feel it so I'm staying home tonight to chill before beginning my 'get done' stuff on Saturday! Weight loss/tone-up is going well....after six months at the gym I can SEE so many positive effects....some positives for Friday!

If he has a baby bottle at home, it’s definitely ridiculous, but I still wouldn’t bring it up….just me personally. My day with kids goes on as usual here, regardless of what they do at home.

It was a baby bottle! He further explained to me how his parents had told him a mouse would get his bottle but he didn't believe that and that his mom only told him that as she told him he was too big for a baby bottle! LOL So it was a baby bottle!

But was it a baby bottle? Or was it a water bottle like my son?

It's not the milk/water that concerned me; it's the BABY BOTTLE itself that concerns me!!!

I wouldn't worry about it.

My ds4 tried talking dh in putting milk in his water bottle the other night, so he could take milk to bed instead of water. My dh wouldn't and told our ds that babies get milk in a bottle. He was offered some in a cup and then taken to bed.

Me: A bottle or cup?
DCB4: a bottle with milk

uhm, ok; gonna check on this at pickup today!
