Hello - I bought a new property (YAY!) in Santa Clara county and have inspection scheduled for the large daycare towards end of the month. I am super stressed and looking for inputs. Is there a checklist to see everything is in order and ready for inspection ? I am also stressed about trees in my backyard if LPA will ask me to get rid of them. Any thoughts ? Thanks a ton in advance!
