How Would You Handle This?

I had to term a child that has been here since Sept. Today is his last day. Normally when a child is leaving my care per them I always do a goodbye to so and so in my newsletter, do I still do the same even though I'm terminating him? Sorry I have only term one other child in my whole 23 years. I know a couple of my parents are going to wonder where he is.

I would as he is leaving. No one other than you and the family know why so it only seems right to do as you would for any other child leaving.

If I term, I leave it alone. If they are moving, graduating, etc. I do a goodbye or graduation party.
