Wording

I have a family that has been with me a VERY long time. The youngest will be full time in school in the Fall. Mom is wishy washy about leaving. I need to find out if she is going or staying by the end of this school year so that I can start interviewing new families.

I'm not sure how to even politely word it. Any ideas?

Dear DCF
DCK will be in school full time this fall. I am planning my enrollment roster now and need to know by xx date if DCK will or won’t be staying with us. Thank you!


Its not personal…you need to know by a certain date. They need to decide by that date.
